Shipping and Refund Policy

Shipping is only included for prints and canvas.

• Refunds are only permitted for items that arrive broken or damaged. A refund will be submitted once the damaged items have been received by The Simple Studio.

• Timeframe for customers to submit their refund is 7 days.

• A replacement product or refund will be shipped and/or provided within 14 business days after refund has been received.
